About the Role

Perfect for corporate support professionals ready to transition into executive assistance. You'll become the trusted right-hand to one of the firm's senior leaders, supporting complex business operations while gaining valuable exposure to high-level decision making.

Key areas you'll support:

  • Executive assistance - diary management, meeting coordination, and partner support
  • Client relationship management - phone calls, follow-ups, and meeting organisation
  • Corporate compliance - ASIC lodgements, company searches, and regulatory liaison
  • Database and systems - client setup and maintenance across various systems

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years corporate support experience - ready for the next step up
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong IT proficiency and ability to learn new systems
  • Natural discretion, reliability, and emotional intelligence
  • Thrives under pressure while maintaining quality and deadlines
