In this role, you will join a team of fun, passionate, and innovative thinkers to provide key support to our Partners. The role will be based out of Perth and is a permanent position.

What will your typical day look like?

This role involves assisting the Partners, and each day can be very different. It will be a busy, fast-paced environment offering variety and opportunities to progress your career. Your responsibilities include organising video conferences and events, diary management, arranging meetings, booking travel, processing expenses, invoices, and timesheets, and preparing documentation or reports. You will also support a highly collaborative wider team with ad hoc requests. We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and efficient assistant to help manage relationships with top-tier clients.

You may have all or some of the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience supporting multiple partners in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Well-developed time management skills with the ability to handle deadlines and multitask effectively
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills – proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Providing diary management support for four Partners
  • Organising client functions and team events – invitations, sourcing venues, catering, etc.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Processing monthly expense claims
  • Ad-hoc support tasks as required by the team
