The Role

Support the design and transition of technology services, ensuring efficiency, quality, and ensure there is no duplication. Help projects meet change and release requirements while championing continuous improvement and enhancing customer satisfaction across ABN's tech landscape.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited too :

  • Assess existing services to identify reuse and improvement opportunities
  • Develop service design documents with cross-functional teams
  • Create high level and detailed service blueprints
  • Run workshops and co-design sessions with stakeholders
  • Track service performance and user satisfaction
  • Recommend and support service enhancements
  • Assist in prototyping and testing new service ideas
  • Collaborate with tech teams to implement improvements

ITIL 4 foundationsExperience in service management roleCollaborative, team-oriented approachBasic user research and project management knowledgeAttention to detail in research and analysisCreativity and empathy to improve user experiencesFamiliarity with design and analytical toolsAdaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies
