The Opportunity -
Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is looking for a Training Scheduler Lead who will join the P-8A Poseidon Training team. In this role you will program and coordinate all training activities for the P-8A Poseidon at RAAF Base Edinburgh.
As a Training Scheduler Lead within BDA, you will be:
- Responsible for the support of scheduling and coordination of tasks regarding Fight Crew, Mission Crew and Maintenance training.
- Supporting the successful coordination of all training continuum course delivery, including synthetic training device booking.
- Support programming of planned simulation device upgrade activities and asset allocation to meet training schedules.
- Conduct training system health and utilisation analysis, and generate reports to support performance measurement frameworks.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Resource and asset scheduling and coordination experience
- Experience working in Defence operational flying squadrons, or in a similar environment including the use of flight programming tools
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Configuration and data management experience
- Understanding of Defence Training requirements
