**About Stratco**

With an outstanding record of continual growth, Stratco has manufacturing plants and Home Improvement Stores throughout Australia and several international locations.

**The Role**

Stratco is in the process of implementing a significant ERP project that will replace and upgrade the majority of our existing IT systems and improve and standardise our business processes nationally. The project will have a large impact on all functions of the Stratco business across over 50 sites and will necessitate the involvement and training of a key group of identified super users and the engagement and training of all end users in the new business processes and systems.

You will have experience in various training channels, including online learning management systems. You will be highly organised and able to deliver to tight deadlines and are looking for your next, exciting opportunity to engage with every level of the organisation and see the tangible results of the change you are helping to make.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a team, including direct report(s) and key stakeholders, providing clear direction, targets, agreed deliverables, timeframes, purpose & context;
- Prepare a specific Training Strategy that includes the approach to training, needs analysis, methods & tools to be applied;
- Design & develop training materials including trainer guides, trainee workshop materials, data sets and computer-based training solutions;
- Deliver training to the end-user Team Member community;
- Administration of training including scheduling, co-ordinating materials, assigning trainees & setting up rooms;
- Manage & monitor the quality & effectiveness of the delivery of training, including monitoring feedback from trainers & trainees;
- Provide status & training completion reports.

**Skills, Experience & Attributes**
- Excellent communication including verbal, written & presentation skills;
- Skilled designer, developer & facilitator of adult learning programs, specifically in the business systems & process fields;
- Experience in implementations of large ERP systems, whilst not essential, will be advantageous;
- Experience leading, developing & fostering a team environment for business stakeholders from different departments and the Super User group to work closely together in a respectful and co-operative way to achieve the best possible business outcomes;
- Ability to identify, analyse, understand and consider the concerns and impacts that may be experienced across various business units and individuals resulting from the project implementation and design and deliver plans to address these concerns and impacts;
- Quick learner with the capability to rapidly learn about all aspects of the business and project;
- Monitor and report on training risks and identify and proactively execute mitigation strategies.
