Job Description

As HR Business Partner, you will partner with business leaders to maximize team capability and performance, supporting business objectives through effective relationship building and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and coaching to leaders for sound commercial outcomes aligned with company strategy.
  • Manage employee relations, including investigations, grievances, and performance issues, within legal frameworks.
  • Support management of personal injuries.
  • Contribute to HR activities like engagement, compliance, recruitment, onboarding, talent, remuneration, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with safety, risk, and fraud teams.
  • Deliver HR performance metrics and insights.
  • Identify gaps and process improvements to enhance compliance and employee experience.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years in a generalist HR Business Partnering role.
  • Experience managing employee relations matters.
  • Ability to prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and flexible approach.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business Management, or similar.
