Responsibilities
  • Design, maintain, and support Citrix platform services to ensure performance, availability, and scalability.
  • Lead transformations and deliver platform migrations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives aligned with technology roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product owners to implement roadmap features, assess risks, and prioritise system enhancements.
  • Ensure resilience by leading incident resolution, champion robust change management, and oversee performance monitoring to uphold system resilience and security.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by developing and embedding best practices, documentation, and advancing team capability.
About You / Qualifications
  • Proven Citrix expertise across Citrix platforms and virtual app/desktop services within large, complex organizations; experience with AWS and Azure; healthcare sector experience is valued.
  • Experience with modern ICT delivery and operational practices, including DevOps and Agile methodologies.
  • Proactive problem-solver who identifies and implements innovative technology solutions.
  • Self-driven learner and trusted collaborator, committed to sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to manage stakeholder relationships and balance competing demands.
