Job Title: Senior Citrix Engineer

This is a fantastic technical opportunity to work as a Senior Systems Citrix Engineer. You will interact directly with customers and other team members to support technology-based solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support Citrix environments within contracted time frames and service level agreements.
  • Provide remote support and ad-hoc onsite visits when required.
  • Participate in an on-call roster for after-hours support.
  • Gather requirements and work on Citrix and NetScaler projects.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience as a Senior System Engineer with expertise in Citrix and NetScaler technologies.
  • Experience and background supporting Windows Server, infrastructure applications, and cloud technologies.
  • Citrix DaaS/Virtual Apps and Desktops Administration and configuration.
  • Citrix Netscaler Administration and configuration.
  • User profile management via UPM, FSLogix, and Ivanti DesktopNow.
  • Windows Server Systems Administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Patch Management.
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Server technology products.
  • Managing workloads and resources with public cloud environments (Azure and AWS).
  • Managing virtual environments utilising infrastructure such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.
  • Sound knowledge of backup and disaster recovery methodologies using tools such as Veeam, NetBackup and CommVault.
