Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Citrix Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support and projects team, you will be responsible for providing technical maintenance, support services, and collaborating with customers and colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Citrix and NetScaler technologies, as well as Windows Server systems administration, infrastructure applications, and cloud technologies. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and maintaining productive internal and external relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Citrix DaaS/Virtual Apps and Desktops Administration and configuration
  • Citrix Netscaler Administration and configuration
  • User profile management via UPM, FSLogix, and Ivanti DesktopNow
  • Windows Server Systems Administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Patch Management
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Server technology products
  • Managing workloads and resources with public cloud environments (Azure and AWS)
  • Managing virtual environments utilising infrastructure such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Sound knowledge of backup and disaster recovery methodologies using tools such as Veeam, NetBackup and CommVault.
