What is the role?

We are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager to actively engage in sales and relationship management activities. The role will be responsible for driving sales and increasing penetration of the product with NSW.

You will be provided with and be required to identify new broker leads, actively engaged broker accounts will be supplied, and you will be strongly encouraged to identify and onboard new brokers.

In this role some of your key responsibilities are:

• Drive sales volume and deliver revenue targets,
• Highlight new business opportunities to increase Remara Money's market share.
• Provide ongoing product training and updates to accredited brokers.
• Represent Remara Money at industry events.
• Implement processes to ensure smooth broker and client experience,
• Liaise with credit and client services to ensure opportunities progress through the Remara Money platform within SLA's.
• Management of existing relationships and onboarding of new brokers.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Minimum 5 years mortgage finance/ sales experience
• Self-Starter who is results driven
• Proven track record of delivering sales targets
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
