Responsibilities
  • Motivate, mentor and oversee team members on the floor.
  • Provide leadership and lead by example during busy periods.
Qualifications
  • Hospitality experience and a willingness to learn and back our product.
  • Respectful approach to everyone.
  • Natural leadership with a willingness to hustle and get involved, especially during busy times.
  • Organised and enjoys the behind-the-scenes work.
