All Industries Group (AIG) is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support our continued growth across Queensland's mining and heavy industry sectors.

This is a key role suited to someone with a strong sales background, a technical understanding of mechanical services and manufacturing, and a proactive approach to client engagement.

As a Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of identifying and developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You'll work closely with our operations and technical teams to ensure we deliver tailored, reliable solutions that meet our customers' needs.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident in quoting, estimating, and engaging with mining clients both on-site and in office.

Salary + Tools of the Trade + Bonus Incentives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Grow and manage a portfolio of mining and industrial clients
  • Identify new business opportunities across fabrication, mechanical and field services
  • Prepare and submit quotes, tenders, and bid proposals
  • Conduct regular client meetings and site visits
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot) and provide regular reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Support workforce planning for field labour and contract resourcing

What We're Looking For :

  • 5+ years' experience in business development or sales (mining or mechanical industries preferred)
  • Sound understanding of manufacturing, component rebuilds, underground mining equipment and field services
  • Experience with estimating and quoting (essential)
  • Trade background in mechanical / fabrication (advantageous)
  • CRM experience – HubSpot preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Current C Class Driver's Licence
