This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time, Fixed Term Part Time and Casual appointments. Fixed Term and Casual appointments will be made with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur until 31 December 2026.
Role and responsibilitiesThis is the Multidisciplinary Team Officer role. This role develops, coordinates and maintains appropriate systems for Oncology Multidisciplinary Case Conference to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of information; provides administrative support to the lead and other senior clinicians of the Western Australian Gynaecologic Cancer Service (WAGCS); works within the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and ensures quality of data entry, data extraction and maintenance of computer held clinical data with WAGCS.

Area profileIn mid-2006, as part of the health reform in Western Australia, KEMH joined with other women's based health services to form the new WNHS, which is a part of the larger NMHS. WNHS continues to deliver first-class health care to women and infants in WA. KEMH is the State\'s only tertiary maternity and gynaecological hospital and treats its first patients in 1916. Today more than 6000 births take place at the hospital every year and it is WA\'s only major referral centre for high-risk pregnancies. KEMH also has a state-of-the-art Special Care Nursery. WNHS also offers a maternity and gynaecology unit at Osborne Park Hospital (OPH) and manages state-wide services such as BreastScreen WA and other programs for women and babies.
