About our role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team at our Osborne Park office, supporting our operations. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and services critical to our civil and mining activities.

As part of our Procurement team, you will be responsible for day-to-day purchasing, expediting, freight requirements and supplier engagement, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

What You will focus on:

  • Converting purchase orders accurately within company standards and procedures
  • Freight bookings and track deliveries
  • Resolve discrepancies and ensure timely supply to avoid operational delays
  • Build strong internal and external relationships
  • Time management and meeting key performance indicators
  • Adopt a positive safety culture

What You'll Bring: 

  • Experience in purchasing, ideally within mining, construction, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Familiarity with ERP software (e.g., Pronto, SAP, or similar).
