Regardless of your engineering discipline whether Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or other you'll gain valuable exposure to all areas of project engineering. - Develop leadership skills and contribute to real-world projects that drive innovation within the industry.
- The opportunity to participate in a formal Graduate Mentoring Program.
- Rotations through various business areas, to broaden your skills and explore different career paths regardless of whether your background is in Engineering or Construction Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet safety and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Manage sub-contractors across various disciplines to ensure alignment with project goals.

- Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including tendering, planning, execution, and HSE compliance.
- Collaborate with the Operational team to ensure a team-oriented approach to project delivery.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets as required, ensuring effective execution.
What you'll bring:
