The Role

Role: HR Manager, full-time, permanent, based onsite at the Burwood campus with free onsite parking and scope for flexibility. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the HR Manager will manage a broad range of HR operations, including onboarding, performance management, ER/IR, learning and development, reward and recognition, and offboarding.

Salary and benefits are aligned with PLC policies and include five weeks annual leave, paid gratis days, and additional benefits.

About You

You are a qualified, senior HR professional with well-developed experience in a Senior HR Advisor or Business Partner role. You bring a positive, timely customer-service approach and strong HR advisory skills to support stakeholder groups across the School, including School Executive, Leaders and a broad range of teaching and support staff.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a broad range of HR operations including onboarding, performance management, ER/IR, learning and development, reward and recognition, and offboarding.
  • Collaborate with School Executive, Leaders and staff to deliver people-centered HR initiatives aligned with the school's community focus.
