Role Responsibilities- Guide new franchise partners through onboarding, providing support and training for a successful start.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions on operational processes, tutoring methodologies, and business strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with franchise partners, serving as their primary contact for onboarding inquiries.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the onboarding process.
- Monitor the performance of new franchise partners and provide ongoing support.
- Attend online and face-to-face meetings, offering business coaching.
- Provide feedback to HQ to improve operations and systems.
- Ensure franchise consistency by following brand and operational guidelines.
- Resides in Sydney with experience in franchise and business coaching.
- Owns a car and holds a valid license to travel across Sydney.
- Currently studying at university and open to flexible roles.
- Include your resume and relevant experience.
- Driver's license is required.
