The Role

In this role, you'll be the key link between the office and technicians out in the field. You'll manage daily schedules for maintenance, repairs and inspections, ensuring everything runs smoothly and clients receive great service.

Key Responsibilities

- Scheduling and coordinating technicians to attend client sites

- Updating and maintaining schedules and records in the system

- Liaising with clients and technicians to confirm appointments and resolve queries

- General administration support to the team and General Manager

- Using systems such as MEX, MYOB, Microsoft Office and Excel (training provided if needed)

Experience Required

- Previous experience in scheduling, rostering, or mobilisation highly regarded

- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Team player who enjoys working in a small, supportive office environment

- Full working rights in Australia (Permanent Residents / AU Citizens only)

- Ideally located within a reasonable distance of Bibra Lake

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships

- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

- Professional presentation and demeanor, with discretion and sound judgment in all matters.
