Role

  • Guide new franchise partners through onboarding, providing support and training for a successful start.
  • Oversee documentation and compliance during onboarding.
  • Coordinate and conduct training sessions on operational processes, tutoring methodologies, and business strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with franchise partners, serving as their primary contact.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the onboarding process.
  • Monitor performance of new franchise partners and provide ongoing support.
  • Attend online and face-to-face meetings, providing business coaching.
  • Provide feedback to HQ on operational improvements.
  • Ensure franchise consistency with brand and operational guidelines.

Remuneration

34 per hour + SUPER
