I'm working with a fast-growing, forward-thinking business in the Valley to find a hands-on Finance Manager (CPA or CA qualified) who wants to make a real impact without committing to full-time hours.

This role offers genuine flexibility — you can work from home several days a week, set your own start and finish times, and work just 3-4 days per week . It's perfect for someone returning to the workforce who wants balance, or a seasoned finance professional ready to step back from full-time hours but still play a key role in a company's growth.

The Opportunity

Oversee finance functions including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis

Partner closely with the leadership team to guide commercial and strategic decisions

Implement and improve processes to support sustainable growth

Manage day-to-day finance operations in a very hands-on capacity

Use Power BI to provide data-driven insights and clear reporting to the business

What You'll Need

CPA or CA qualification (essential)

Proven senior finance management or commercial finance experience

Strong technical skills with commercial insight

Experience with Power BI (highly regarded)

Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with non-finance stakeholders

Adaptability and initiative in a growing business
