Location: Karratha, WA, Australia. This is a permanent part-time position based at the Karratha Waste facility.
Responsibilities- Liaising with customers, coordinating the movement of waste on and off-site
- Answering incoming calls, assisting with enquiries while providing excellent customer service
- Controlling some vehicle movements and directing traffic
- Two-way radio communications
- Completing manual paperwork for all receivals to the site
- Data entry into Excel spreadsheets
- Completing site visitor inductions
- Available to work every Thursday and Friday
- Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks at once and prioritise effectively
- Knowledge of weighbridge operations would be handy, but we can train you
- Good friendly attitude and willingness to be part of a close-knit team
