Responsibilities
  • Technical support of our products and the help desk team
  • Discuss and identify technical needs of the client
  • Test and resolve software and/or environmental issues
  • Provision, manage and maintain AWS Cloud environments
  • Install, configure and upgrade software packages for a variety of environments

You will be working as a key contributor in a small team with a big emphasis on teamwork.

Secondary objectives
  • Being a backup internal tech support for our staff
  • Engaging in projects to improve the product and internal infrastructure
To be successful in this role you will have
  • A tertiary qualification in IT
  • At least 1 year on an IT Help desk/Services desk
  • Experience or certifications in Microsoft IIS and Microsoft SQL
Desirable
  • Experience or certifications in AWS technologies

  • Excellent communication - written (email) and verbal (telephone manner) and interpersonal skills
