Are you a hands-on recruiter with a sharp eye for talent and the hustle to get boots on the ground fast? We're looking for a Recruitment & Mobilisation Officer who lives and breathes the mining game — someone who can source high-quality candidates and move them through the pipeline to site without missing a beat.

Recruitment Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and secure top-tier candidates for mining and maintenance roles.
  • Manage job ads, database sourcing, LinkedIn andreferrals .
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, pre-employment paperwork, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with supervisors and managers to forecast labour needs and pipeline talent.
  • Keep our internal rosters and project databases up to date with live candidate and role status.
  • Own the candidate experience — stay in touch, keep them engaged, and get them mobilised.

You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in mining recruitment and mobilisation —this is non-negotiable.
  • A solid understanding of site access and onboarding processes.
  • Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and client-facing.
  • Able to handlehigh volumewithout sacrificing attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management — you're organised, responsive, and thrive under pressure.
  • Comfortable managing admin — you can handle paperwork and systems as well as people.
