What You'll Do

As our Broadcast Network Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our live broadcast infrastructure ensuring our systems are resilient, secure, and always ready to perform. Based in Frenchs Forest, you'll work closely with our Broadcast Services team to support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot network issues, and contribute to the delivery of complex technology projects.

You'll be hands-on with IP networking, video-over-IP, and hybrid cloud environments, while also mentoring junior staff and maintaining top-tier documentation. Whether it's configuring routers, responding to alerts, or rolling out new equipment, you'll play a key role in keeping our broadcast services running at peak performance.

What You'll Bring

  • Foundational to intermediate technical knowledge of broadcast network technologies
  • Experience with switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points
  • Calm under pressure especially during live broadcast incidents
  • Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills
  • A collaborative mindset and customer-first attitude
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and support live operations
  • Working knowledge of structured cabling, VLANs, and monitoring tools
  • Understanding of compliance, OHS, and security policies
