The Role:As our Network Lead you'll be responsible for overseeing our Container Refund Point network within the Townsville region. Reporting to our Network Manager you'll play a key part in driving operational excellence by ensuring compliance, enhancing safety and optimising performance across our network.
- Stakeholder engagement and customer satisfaction: Collaborate with operators to improve recovery rates, manage operator touchpoints and complaints and implement NPS cards to measure and enhance satisfaction.
- Compliance and safety management: Ensure adherence to compliance standards, conduct regular site audits and operator reviews and implement standard operating procedures to maintain a compliant work environment.
- Operational efficiency and cost control: Monitor and manage network costs, maintain traffic and movement plans and oversee incident reporting and resolution.
- Continuous improvement and innovation: Drive ongoing improvements in customer experience, identify growth opportunities and support innovation through regular performance reviews and feedback loops.

- Experience in a similar role, working across multiple sites supporting stakeholders to drive growth and continuous improvements.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, underpinned by a collaborative approach and a proven ability to build strong and effective partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills and highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Exemplifies a high level of professionalism, maturity and integrity, demonstrating the confidentiality and respect needed to handle business matters.
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and administrative capabilities.
- Ability to understand and analyse reports and operational requirements to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications and other:
- Queensland Driver's License
- Eligibility to hold a Blue Card.
