Rowe Group is an award-winning multidisciplinary firm specialising in Town Planning, Urban Design and Project Delivery with an extensive portfolio of diverse and exciting projects in Perth and regional Western Australia. We have multiple opportunities for experienced town planning professionals who are ready take the next step in their career and help lead our team as our business continues to grow and evolve.
Looking to take the next step? Opportunities are immediately available within our Rowe Group Planning Team. Whilst having a built form / statutory planning focus, our ideal candidates should demonstrate a high level of experience and proficiency across all aspects of town planning and urban design. We take a collaborative, team-based approach in the delivery of our projects and work together in the sharing of knowledge and skills to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
We are looking for qualified, experienced and highly motivated Principal and Senior Planning Consultants who have a desire to work on a variety of rewarding projects for both private and public sector clients. The roles are Perth-based, with the opportunity for travel to regional WA, and are available on a permanent full-time, or permanent part-time basis.

Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate experience and qualifications in the following areas:
Skills & Knowledge –knowledge of the WA planning system and ability to understand, interpret and communicate plans, policies, guidelines, schemes and design outcomes. Depending on the role and level of experience, you should be able to work independently and provide mentorship and guidance to other team members.
Attributes – a team focused, collaborative work ethic, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a client service ethos. Forward thinking and strategy focused.
Qualifications – Tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Planning or a related discipline and a current WA driver's licence.
