As Associate Director, Hydraulics, You Will: * Lead and oversee hydraulic engineering design across major projects, ensuring technical excellence and innovation. * Drive strategic growth of the hydraulics discipline, contributing to business development and client engagement. * Mentor and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and performance. * Represent WSP in client meetings, industry forums, and technical panels, showcasing thought leadership. * Collaborate cross-functionally with other disciplines to deliver integrated building services solutions. * Ensure quality assurance and compliance with industry standards, while pushing boundaries to set new benchmarks.
