As we expand our footprint in Brisbane, we're seeking experienced and driven Safety Advisors to join our teams on projects across the region.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of everyone on site while contributing to the successful delivery of vital infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide expert WHS guidance to project managers, site teams, and subcontractors.
  • Implement and manage EHS systems aligned with project and legislative requirements.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture through coaching, mentoring, and engagement.
  • Analyse safety data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the integration of digital safety tools (e.g., HammerTech).

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in WHS roles within the construction industry.
  • Relevant WHS qualifications and certifications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confidence using digital safety platforms.
