The OpportunityJoin the Dean's Unit of the School of Nursing and Midwifery as an executive support officer to the Dean. We seek a highly organized, professional, and proactive individual to support senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Manage diary, correspondence, and committee functions.
- Coordinate travel and expenses for the Dean.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support strategic projects and initiatives.
- Experience supporting senior executives in complex environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and high workloads.
- Proficiency in administrative systems and document preparation.
- Highly organized and professional.
