We require the services of and will GENEROUSLY REWARD, an ambitious, experienced Retail or Trade-based Business to Business savvy, Sales or Service Professional, with strong business build capability within the Automotive Servicing Trade. We are looking for a people person, someone that is equally at home on the phone handling inbound enquiries (no cold phone calling) as they are face to face with people. Advisory experience at a European Dealership or similar would be very well regarded, but is not mandatory.
You are well organized and extremely reliable. You are comfortable with achieving set activity targets. High delivery standards, are a must. You have excellent oral communication skills, be a fantastic listener and have a very common-sense approach to your work, particularly when it comes to handling all the usual customer concerns. Your methods and self management are always geared toward ensuring absolute business system integrity and the best possible outcomes for our clients. A detailed systems and product induction training protocol will be in place, so being keen to learn and willing follow our systems, is very important.
Computer literacy with regard to email, Word and standard proposal or quotation documentation, are also mandatory. You must be confident with basic administrative tasks and computer database management (CRM) to deal with client details, both prospective and existing enquiries regarding our products & services.
A logical mind with a bit of creative flair when it comes to problem solving must be able to be demonstrated as the position often calls for an innovative approach to individual customer situations, whilst drawing upon our systems for solutions and advice. The position is Sunshine Coast based and as such will require routine travel around the territory, stretching from Noosa in the north to Caloundra in the south. You'll be circulating around our prime marketing areas one day per week or perhaps two half days, calling on Automotive Dealerships and Independent Workshops, working in what most people would consider paradise, simply making these businesses aware of our very "hi-tech" automotive repair services. No hard sell, just introducing our brand and leaving a brochure. Easy
A current Australian driver's license is an absolute must. We are growing, our market segment is very buoyant and there is a widespread acceptance of our products and services. This potentially creates an opportunity that has never revealed itself to you, in this way, before.
On offer to an applicant, that generally fits the above criteria, is a starting package of around $75K PLUS superannuation, PLUS a lucrative incentive scheme, (available after our qualifying & training period), one that will take the right person up to around$90K to $100K p.a. pretty easily, …and to a particularly high performer, the potential to take your income up to around $110,000 or even $120,000 p.a for a particularly talented performer.
All this for a normal five-day week and daylight hours.
