Eleven years ago, with privately owned, artisan and boutique vineyards starting to produce some very fine organic & Bio dynamic wines across Australia, an intuitive little company was formed to introduce them to restaurants.

Of course, that necessitated breaking new ground. So, the team - warm, charismatic, and knowledgeable wine advocates - went into the field to open the narrative with the wine growers’ stories and lay the ground for the many great relationships that flourish today.

Making new friends and establishing mutual understanding, the organisation has been very successfully cultivating the market. But as demand for these quality wines has grown, so too have the demands on the team. This has led to an exciting opportunity to build on this solid foundation, to grow and promote what is now a well-placed and respected entity in Northern NSW & Gold Coast region.

Key to the role will be your ability to ‘soft sell’ - providing local restaurants & retailers with the knowledge and provenance of quality grown artisan wines to help them create a memorable customer experience. It’s all about learning your market, making friends, and influencing people, while subtly meeting commercial realities.

To put your own stamp on this role, you will need experience that enables you to organise your own professional life, learn what you need to know - ‘WSET’ would help here but expert training is also offered - to plan, perform, promise, and deliver. If you bring the level of experience we’re looking for, you know the ‘nuts and bolts’ of customer-centric selling in-field very well.

But over and above all the presentation and communication skills, flexibility, problem solving, administrative knowhow and consistent success in meeting your KPI’s, it’s your door-opening personality that really counts here.
