Location and ScheduleService Location: Ivanhoe VIC, 3079. You'll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday. This is an afternoon-only service: ASC 1.45pm-6pm. Admin hours: 2. Total hours: 23.25.
Responsibilities- As the Second in Charge (2IC), you'll be a key leader in delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service.
- Engage with the school community, attending events, assemblies.
- Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program.
- Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
- Play and have FUN with primary school aged children.
- Ensure your program is in compliance with industry regulations.
- ELC qualified (or equivalent) with Diploma qualification as per ACECQA standards.
- Ideally you have previous experience in Before and After School Care or education, but training is available.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains a positive, can-do attitude; strong communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
