The Opportunity & Responsibilities
  • As a Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the Centre, encompassing staff management, budget oversight, and effective communication with families, employees & internal stakeholders.
  • You will work in partnership with our Assistant Centre Manager & Head of Curriculum to lead a high performing team to strive for and provide the highest quality care and education for all children, families, staff and the community.
  • As a Centre Manager, you will ensure a smooth and safe child & family experience and nurture a positive and inclusive culture that encourages collaboration.
About You
  • Degree OR Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • Must have minimum 2 years previous Centre Manager experience
  • Previous experience in leading a startup / brand new centre is highly regarded
  • Previous experience in driving change
  • Ideally will have had experience in setting up and opening a new service
  • Knowledge and understanding of Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Lead, inspire and motivate a team of educators
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care
  • Current Working with Children check, Police Check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Food Safety Supervisor certificate
