Sales Consultant - Bedroom Furniture and Mattress Specialist

Location: Mile End

Salary: $70K - $80K + Super + Monthly Commissions + Annual Bonus

Roster: Full-time, 2 weekends on and 1 off

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be a key player in creating exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales targets. Your role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, showcasing an in-depth knowledge of bedroom furniture and mattress products, and providing tailored recommendations. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your sales expertise and product knowledge in a supportive, team-focused environment.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and build lasting relationships.
  • Use your sales expertise to guide customers through a premium range of bedroom furniture and mattress products.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of technical product features to confidently advise customers on furniture and mattress solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, earning monthly commissions and an annual bonus.
  • Contribute to a welcoming and professional store environment.
  • Assist in general store operations, including merchandising and stock management.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in bedroom furniture, mattresses, or other premium retail products.
  • A mature, professional approach with a passion for consultative selling.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work a roster of 2 weekends on and 1 weekend off.
