Overview

Occupational Therapist role at Better Rehab – Stones Corner team. You will join a large, supportive team of 19, including 8 Occupational Therapists, along with Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists and Positive Behaviour Support practitioners. The caseload includes developmental and acquired disabilities across the lifespan, supporting NDIS participants in the community.

Day-to-day You Will

  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work
  • Innovate and Collaborate: work with a multidisciplinary team to tackle complex cases and explore new treatment approaches

About You

We are looking for OTs who want to improve care, are passionate about participant goals, and are willing to challenge ideas when participant interests are at stake.

You Will Also Hold

  • Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (limited may be considered case-by-case)
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Open to Occupational Therapists of all experience levels
