What you'll contribute

We're looking for a driven Project Coordinator to help power the future of mobility and to support initiatives aligned with Toyota Australia's Hydrogen Strategy. You will be required to work from Port Melbourne and Altona.

Responsibilities
  • Drive cross-functional projects that support divisional goals and spark new business opportunities
  • Coordinate engagement across teams to keep new initiatives moving forward
  • Deliver sharp, insightful project updates to leadership
  • Support supplier assessments to ensure top-tier service delivery at the right cost

Your attributes
  • Degree qualification or equivalent experience
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and confident presenting ideas
  • Willingness to be involved in a range of different projects to support a variety of new initiatives
  • Confidence with the Microsoft suite and a hunger to make a difference
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
