A$130,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr

Senior Consultant - Governance, Risk and Compliance at PX Resources (jerin@pxresources.com.au)

Our client is a fast-growing business providing cost comparison services in the utilities sector. This is a lean, dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be leading the risk and compliance function and play a role in influencing decision making.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring that compliance obligations, risks and controls are managed and implemented
  • Managing the quality assurance activities including a small team
  • Interpreting and operationalising contract and regulatory requirements
  • Participating in drafting and negotiations of agreements
  • Ongoing review of policies and processes for continuous improvement and business optimisation
  • Designing and delivering workshops and training to the business
  • Providing compliance advisory to the business
Ideal candidate
  • Background in Compliance or Risk Management
  • Experience working in a sales operations environment would be highly regarded i.e., utilities, technology, energy, broker networks, financial services
  • Confident communicator as you will be involved in training and workshops
  • Commercially minded and business acumen
  • Prior experience working in a lean environment and the ability to be hands-on
