The Group Services team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the high performance and compliance of our operations with regulatory requirements. This position will oversee the group compliance program, working closely with various stakeholders to understand obligations and commitments, and manage the delivery of annual compliance assurance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a focal point for external reviews and audits
  • Maintain the compliance program schedule aligned with our compliance landscape and assurance requirements
  • Manage and coordinate assurance projects, including defining project scope and managing execution
  • Develop and manage project schedules, resolving prioritization conflicts with stakeholders
  • Track progress, identify issues, and coordinate resolution during engagements
  • Annual reporting of compliance assurance activities and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in risk and compliance methodologies in a sophisticated business environment
  • Influencing and engagement skills, experience with cross-functional stakeholders across geographies
  • Previous success in implementing compliance projects, workflows, and change management

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
