The Role:
  • The Unified Communications Manager will lead the UC function and employees aligning with the organization's strategy.
  • This includes overseeing daily operations, providing performance feedback, managing recruitment, and supporting professional development.
  • Leading efforts to enhance client experience, collaborating with sales teams, and ensuring service delivery meets standards.
  • Evaluating and improving processes, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Aligning operations with organizational goals, providing reports, and supporting project management teams.
  • Managing vendor relationships, developing the UC solution roadmap, and setting pricing strategies for products and services.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining high-quality service delivery.
  • Leading budgeting, monitoring financial performance, and allocating resources effectively.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years leadership experience
  • Strong technical background and experience with escalations
  • Forecasting and budgeting management experience
  • Proven track record in the industry
  • Demonstrated ability in managing dispersed teams and delivering excellent technical client service
  • Demonstrated ability in leading others in achieving business targets
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement efficiency strategies
  • Wide experience in managing clients, ideally in an enterprise environment
  • Large network experience desirable
  • Ability to ensure adherence to systems management philosophies required to manage an enterprise environment
