Postion Available - Experienced Gardener – Northern Beaches, Sydney

Are you a skilled and reliable gardener ready to step into a more autonomous role? We're a passionate, high quality gardening business based on Sydney's Northern Beaches, and we're on the lookout for an Experienced Garden Maintenance Professional to join our growing team.

About the Role:

This is a hands on role for someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience working independently in garden maintenance. You'll be trusted to manage jobs solo, operate and maintain a work ute, communicate with clients, and ensure the highest standard of work on every site. You'll work across a range of residential gardens, using your expertise in tools, techniques, and horticultural care.

Key Responsibilities:

Operation and upkeep of a work ute and all tools/equipment

Managing day-to-day job sites independently

Communicating with clients in a professional and friendly manner

Ensuring gardens are left clean, tidy, and to a high standard

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years' experience in professional gardening or landscape maintenance

Confident using all tools and equipment (mowers, hedgers, blowers, whipper snippers, etc.)

Strong knowledge of gardening techniques and seasonal care

Able to work unsupervised with great attention to detail

Full, clean driver's licence and confidence managing a work ute

Respectful, reliable, and able to represent the business well with clients

Diligent, self-motivated, and proud of your work
