Are you a seasoned gardening professional with leadership skills? Canham Gardening & Maintenance, a growing, family-owned business serving Sydney with high-quality gardening and strata maintenance, is looking for an experienced Team Leader to help us elevate our service and lead our dedicated crew.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading and supervising gardening and maintenance teams on residential, commercial, and strata sites
  • Overseeing daily operations, ensuring work quality and safety standards are met
  • Assisting with lawn mowing, edging, whipper-snipping, hedge trimming, pruning, planting, and general garden maintenance
  • Managing job site organization and tool/ equipment coordination
  • Providing training and mentorship to junior team members
  • Liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction and addressing any concerns

What We're Looking For:

  • Significant experience in garden maintenance and landscaping
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team
  • A current driver's license (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of gardening techniques and safety protocols
  • Physically fit, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and uphold our company's standards
