Role–SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

Location : Perth, Australia

Salary : AUD129311 -142018 (AnnualGross)

Job Summary :

The ideal candidate will have10+ years of experiencein SAP SuccessFactors, including strong knowledge ofEC APIs, Time Off, and SAP S / 4HANA HR, with a solid understanding ofAU / US payroll processes. Strong analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills are essential, along with the ability to manage tasks independently and collaboratively. A tertiary qualification in IT or a related field is required.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Configuration and Implementation :
• Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off, and Payroll modules according to business requirements.
• Implement and maintain integrations between EC, Time Off, and Payroll, including Point-to-Point replication setups.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity across modules data replication monitor
• Integration and Support :
• Integrate SuccessFactors EC with other business systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting
• Continuous Improvement :
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the SuccessFactors platform.
• Stay up to date with the latest SuccessFactors releases and best practices.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new features and functionalities.

Skill / Competencies / Experience :

ESSENTIAL

Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.

PREFERRED

Minimum 10+years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) API, EC Time Off, SAP S4 Hana HR and understanding of AU / US payroll process would be added advantage.This role is likely involve configuring, implementing, and supporting these modules.SAP SuccessFactors : Strong knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SF API, Time Off , SAP S4 Hana.API Integration : Experience working with APIs for data exchange and integration between different systems.Troubleshooting : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and data discrepancies.Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.Project Management : Ability to manage and prioritize tasks, work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent customer facing skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
