Employee Central Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned consultant to lead our SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) initiative. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in EC API, Time Off, and SAP S/4HANA HR.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off, and Payroll modules according to business requirements.
  • Implement and maintain integrations between EC, Time Off, and Payroll, including Point-to-Point replication setups.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity across modules data replication monitor
  • Technical Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) API, EC Time Off, SAP S4 Hana HR and understanding of AU/US payroll process would be added advantage.
  • SAP SuccessFactors: Strong knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SF API, Time Off , SAP S4 Hana.
  • API Integration: Experience working with APIs for data exchange and integration between different systems.
  • Essential Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and data discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage and prioritize tasks, work independently and as part of a team.
