Role–SAP Success Factors Employee Central Consultant Location: Perth, Australia Salary: AUD150742 - 171215 (Annual Gross)Please Note:- The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes.
Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have10+ years of experiencein SAP Success Factors, including strong knowledge of EC APIs, Time Off, and SAP S/4 HANA HR, with a solid understanding of AU/US payroll processes.
Strong analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills are essential, along with the ability to manage tasks independently and collaboratively.
A tertiary qualification in IT or a related field is required.
Roles and Responsibilities: Configuration and Implementation: Configure and customize SAP Success Factors EC, Time Off, and Payroll modules according to business requirements.
Implement and maintain integrations between EC, Time Off, and Payroll, including Point-to-Point replication setups.
Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity across modules data replication monitor Integration and Support: Integrate Success Factors EC with other business systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Success Factors platform.
Stay up to date with the latest Success Factors releases and best practices.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new features and functionalities.
Skill / Competencies / Experience: ESSENTIALGood knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.
Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
PREFERREDMinimum 10+years of experience in Success Factors Employee Central (EC) API, EC Time Off, SAP S4 Hana HR and understanding of AU/US payroll process would be added advantage.
This role is likely involve configuring, implementing, and supporting these modules.
SAP Success Factors: Strong knowledge and experience with SAP Success Factors Employee Central, SF API, Time Off , SAP S4 Hana.
API Integration: Experience working with APIs for data exchange and integration between different systems.
Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and data discrepancies.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Project Management: Ability to manage and prioritize tasks, work independently and as part of a team.
ADDITIONALExcellent customer facing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
