As a consultant, you are an integral part of our journey. You will:

  • Be trained as a trusted advisor to gain a deep understanding of the clients aspirations - delve into problem-solving, provide alternative thinking perspectives, and consistently engage with leadership-centric and owner-led organizations
  • Seek out potential new clients and candidates through our specific targeting process researching best practice culture fit and strategic people issues
  • Drive our 'CultureFit' process and methodology
About You

You will have some recruitment experience with a willingness to learn and apply the rigours of our CultureFit process.
