A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our high-achieving team to focus on Temporary White Collar Recruitment. Based in our CBD office, you'll inherit a warm desk with an active client base and have the tools to bill immediately, all while growing your portfolio through the growth of our client base. This is a team-based, candidate and client-facing role with the direct support of the Branch Manager, giving you access to live jobs to fill and to fine tune your craft.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates for a variety of roles
  • Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll and compliance administration
  • Collaborate with your team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in white collar agency recruitment (Temp desk preferred)
  • Strong record of achieving placement targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A driven, goal-oriented mindset
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Base salary + uncapped commission
