The role involves managing a diverse caseload of adult and pediatric clients with developmental and acquired disabilities, with opportunities to enhance skills in dysphagia management, AAC prescription and implementation, and general therapy techniques.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and designing therapy plans across various settings, including clients' homes, day centers, parks, and beaches.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative client solutions.
- Building strong relationships with clients to see the lasting impact of your work.
