Enjoy our brand-new office in the heart of Ipswich CBD, surrounded by great lunch spots and just a short stroll from the relaxing greenery of Queens Park. With on-site lockers and showers, it's ideal for cyclists or anyone keen on a lunchtime workout. You'll be joining a friendly, supportive and multicultural team that values collaboration and community.

Join a large multidisciplinary team of 18, including eight Occupational Therapists across a mix of early-career and senior clinicians, alongside Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners. Enjoy a varied NDIS and community caseload, typically supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, neurological conditions, physical disabilities, and psychosocial needs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
  • Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you're dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges, you'll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.
What Makes Us Better

For starters, we're clinician-led at every level, all the way to the top, so we know what it's like being in the trenches of care. We've built the kind of workplace we always wished existed. Where we don't just say we trust our clinicians – we show it.

Our Values
  • We Get Sh*t Done
  • We are People People
  • Love What You Do
  • Frankly, we Give a Damn
  • We Value Ourselves
We Back You

We're committed to helping you grow as a clinician or as a leader yourself. Our mentoring pathway isn't just about moving up; it's about developing the full spectrum of skills you need to succeed and take on new opportunities including:

  • Support and Supervision: You'll be surrounded by colleagues who support you through challenges and an experienced and dedicated 1:1 Supervisor to guide you.
  • Professional Development: Access to an extensive internal PD schedule + a personal budget.
  • Study Leave: 4 full days paid study leave per calendar year.
  • Resources: The works - laptop, phone + all of our sites have therapy and assessment resources ready to grab and go.
Freedom to Work Your Way

We've created an environment where you can personalise your work style and schedule. Want to split your time between online, in-clinic and community work? We're here to prioritise whatever makes you the best clinician you can be with:

  • Better FlexPolicy: Flexible hours and the opportunity to flex off when you've completed your client work
  • Clear KPIs: Realistic, achievable and sustainable monthly targets.
  • Better Rewards Program: Earn bonus pay or extra leave, or redeem points for PD, gadgets and experiences
  • Paid Parental Leave: 8 weeks for the primary carer and 2 for the secondary carer.
  • Travel Reimbursement: Work-related travel paid monthly at 92c per KM.
  • National Opportunities across 30 Australian sites.
About You

We're after OTs who get restless when they see room for improvement and aren't afraid to speak up about it. Who have a fire in their belly about participant care and treat participant goals like personal missions, not just checkboxes on a form. The ones who have the courage to challenge ideas (yes, even ours) when participant's interests are at stake.

If this sounds like you, we might just be right for each other.

You will also hold
  • Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist – limited may be considered on a case by case basis
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
  • This role is open to OTs of all levels.

Onshore applicants seeking sponsorship will be considered.
