Become part of a diverse clientele across all age groups, assisting them in overcoming their communication and swallowing challenges.
This role emphasizes collaboration; you will work closely with families and other healthcare professionals to create engaging and effective therapy experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify each client's distinct speech and language requirements Developing tailored treatment plans that genuinely align with your clients' objectives Delivering engaging therapy sessions that have a meaningful impact Collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team Maintaining thorough records to monitor progress Sharing your expertise and providing assistance to clients and their families
Requirements
A relevant degree in Speech Pathology Registration with the Speech Pathology Association Experience in assessing and treating communication disorders Awesome communication and interpersonal skills Team player yet comfortable working independently Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude A genuine desire to help others Flexibility to work full time or part time
