About the Centre
Sunkids Mermaid Waters caters for 162 children from 6 weeks to school age in modern learning environments designed specifically for each age group.

If you have the desire to:

  • Lead a highly motivated team to deliver a high quality, emergent curriculum
  • Provide a safe and stimulating environment
  • Direct, lead and role model in all areas
  • Demonstrate fantastic communication skills
  • Ideally have completed Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children Services as a minimum qualification
  • Currently hold Child Protection Training Certificate CHCPRT001 or CHCPRT025
  • Hold a current Blue Card, Current First Aid, CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis Training
  • Put the best interests of children first
  • Help to ensure staff provide a safe and stimulating environment
  • Assist with daily operations of the centre, including staff management, enrolments, record keeping and fees management system
  • Ideally have a sound knowledge of QikKids with experience as an Assistant Centre Manager
